Venue site visits

How it might be better if site visits to venues are conducted with the Venue Operations Teams and not the Sales Team. An age old challenge.

As I organise a site visit tour for the next SOCEX Financial Crime Conference in November I hark back to a presentation I made last year at a Venues of Excellence meeting where I described the challenges faced by organisers when the sales team over simplifies the benefits of hosting your conference and the compromises that are required when the budget is fixed.
