Science and Engineering 21 Action Plan Conference

Having sourced and contracted with the venue, Think Different Events worked with the Scottish Government team to deliver a key strand of a consultation process.
Developing a conference specific website with all the information delegates and speakers required was central to the success of the event, enabing a consistent message to be provided for all.
Full delegate and speaker management, venue liaison, evaluation reporting and onsite management services were provided to the team in addition to the online services offered.
Curriculum for Excellence Events
Aimed at headteachers and leaders in both the pre-school and prmary setting, these five events in Aberdeen, Inverness, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Kilmarnock attrated between 150 - 350 people each.
From venue searching and liaison through to delegate invitation and management, the Think Different Events team worked closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that a consistent approach was developed and delivered nationally.
National Qualifications Consultation Events
Think Different Events organised five National Qualifications Consultation events for October 2008 on behalf of the Schools Directorate of the Scottish Government. These events were spread across the country and involved:
Each event hosted between 100 and 120 people.
The Scottish Executive Schools Group contracted Think Different Events to organise a series of nine Ministerial education breakfast seminars across Scotland, during October and November 2006.
The target audience for the events included senior management figures within schools and the business community.

The audience size ranged from 20 to over 70 depending on the location and we brought on board one of our associate AV companies to provide the necessary technical support for each event.
