BECTA

We work closely with BECTA to develop a number of keynotes and seminars to reflect the work of the organisation at BETT and have worked on the development of the Policy in Practice area's own informal seminar programme.

Edinburgh City Council

Working with the e-team at Edinburgh City Council, Think Different Events supported the speaker and delegate registration process for this two day event at Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh. The event attracted in excess of 800 delegates and the mixture of seminar sessions and exhibition were focussed on the specific ICT needs of Edinburgh education.

eLearning Alliance Scotland

Organising eLearning Alliance Scotland's annual conference, which took place at the Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre in April 2007.

emap Connect

Working with emap connect to develop and deliver the seminar programmes for BETT in London and the Education Show in Birmingham. In addition to emap connect, also working closely with BESA, BECTA, the DfES, QCA, NCSL, NASEN, Partnerships for Schools, the TDA and others to develop a comprehensive seminar package for all who attend these events.

eTeam

Working with colleagues at Learning and Teaching Scotland to ensure that HMIe presence at the Scottish Learning Festival reflects the importance of this key partner at the event.

Scottish Screen

Taking place at BBC Scotland's headquarters in Glasgow, the Media Literacy for Scotland Conference was hosted by Ofcom Scotland, in partnership with Scottish Screen, Learning & Teaching Scotland, Skills Development Scotland and supported by BBC Scotland to an invited audience of over 120 people. While delegate and venue liaison were the key tasks involved in this event, Think Different Events supported the steering group in a number of ways to deliver a successful conference.

SQA

As a key partner in the Scottish Learning Festival, we work with the internal team to ensure that sufficent coverage is given in the conference programme to enable the SQA to debate issues with delegates.

Steljes Ltd

Supporting Steljes Ltd in the delivery of a one day seminar for educational ICT staff, showcasing many of the latest technologies introduced into the marketplace by the company.

The Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority

Delivering an 'All Day Staff Event' at Gartmore House for The Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority.

The Scottish Government

Contracted to organise a series of nine Ministerial education breakfast seminars across Scotland, during October and November 2006. Following on from this in October 2008, Think Different Events organised five National Qualifications Consultation events on behalf of the Schools Directorate of the Scottish Government.
