emap Connect

Think Different Events works with emap connect to develop and deliver the seminar programmes for BETT in London and the Education Show in Birmingham.

In addition to emap connect, we work closely with BESA, BECTA, the DfES, QCA, NCSL, NASEN, Partnerships for Schools, the TDA and others to develop a comprehensive seminar package for all who attend these events.

This will include keynote, spotlight and seminar presentations, best practice areas, a training zone, emerging technologies area presentations, a specific area to meet the SEN agenda and much more.

BETT

BETT celebrates 25 years as the world's leading educational Information and Communications Technology (ICT) event in 2009. Dedicated to showcasing the best in UK and international educational technology products, resources and best practice, it has enabled thousands of practitioners to enhance their knowledge of learning through technology.

Taking place each January at Olympia in London, BETT attracts more than 600 educational suppliers and almost 29,000 visitors. It brings together the global teaching and learning community for four days of innovations and inspirations.

The Education Show

The Education Show 2009 is the UK’s largest showcase of educational resources of all kinds. It enables educators to see what is new, try out resources and take part in free CPD so that they can teach and manage learning more effectively.

In order to enable this, the show will focus on key themes such as: the core curriculum subjects of English, mathematics, science and ICT; leadership and management; curriculum change at all stages.
